Digital Hollywood University teaches high-level IT skills and digital content as well as English for practical business use. Opened in April 2005 following the prime minister's designation of Ibaraki Prefecture's Takahagi as a special structural reform zone on March 24, 2004, WITHUS HIGH SCHOOL, a broad-area correspondence- and credit-system high school, accepts students from all over Japan. Education programs are designed not only for ninth-grade students and transferred third-year high schoolers standing at the crossroads of their lives, but also for absentees, long-term sick leavers, high school dropouts and those who are seeking sports and show-business careers.
